Here is a wonderful image of a thoroughbred horse that looks like a print right off a plate, but I am no expert. The detail is wonderful. Size is about 5 5/8" by 4 3/4". The actual image is about 3" by 4", in case you want to frame it with no border. We had a huge collection of an artist's work that he did for greeting cards back in the 1940's into the 50's. We thought we sold them all, but I found a folder with a study on a thoroughbred that later became a card, so we have several related pieces coming up as well. Please review the photos, as always they are the best description. You can always meet us for local pick-up and we can deliver to some areas. Just message us! We apologize for the shipping cost. The Post Office has been BRUTAL lately so we are having to do OVERKILL packaging to prevent destruction.
Payment
MD buyer pays 6% sales tax. Please pay by PAYPAL. International shipping determined by location. If you are an international bidder email me for a quote. Do not pay the ebay generated invoice as the shipping is usually TOO HIGH. I will send you an invoice. Foreign buyers need to email me in advance to find out the shipping cost. Obviously I cannot ship to a foreign country as reasonably as to the U.S. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Shipping
A word about shipping: shipping involves a lot more than postage or UPS charges. We have labels, boxes, packing materials and a "longer than most" trip to the Post Office or UPS. We are very rural and the post office and UPS will not pick up our packages. So we have 10 miles every shipping day and if a buyer pays, we ship IMMEDIATELY, even if their package is the ONLY one to be shipped. We do not over charge for shipping, but sometimes if you are a lot closer than we estimated your shipping expense may be less. Please ask if you think the shipping shown in the auction is too much based on your location, and we will give you an individualized quote. If you live close by you can even pick up!
