The Tortoise was created to use as an unobtrusive, non-stabby, everyday carry knife suitable for commuting. It is a solid integral sheepsfoot slicer made from forged 1095 steel. The hand-rubbed satin blade features a flat-grind and is thicker behind the edge than your typical  slicer so that it can hold up better for tougher jobs. The handles are made from multi-layer olive drab green and black micarta, fixed with brass pins, and shaped to suit a medium sized-hand.  The length of the knife is 6 1/4 inches. The blade is just under 3 inches.  Includes custom-fit Kydex sheath allows the knife to slip into your pocket. Guaranteed for life. Hand crafted in the USA by Bordash Blades.
