This item is and estate sell item. It is told by owner it was never used. So I am listing it as New not sealed (12) DVD set. The booklet is included and everything look pretty new. Box was sitting on shelve with other DVD’s on top so box may have some slight creasing on corners and other area. I am not an expert so look at all pics. I will not pull cd’s out as they are tight in sleeves but looks very new. Always discuss with your doctor before purchasing. See all pics before purchasing. What a blessing to have this box set.
