Hand carved with a very light weight wood & painted - very nicely executed.
There are no identifying marks to indicate a maker or date of origin. Approx 8 inches long
Appears that pen cartridge needs to be changed - looks like standard inexpensive refill.
So much artistic, intricate detail has gone into the design of them that they are cute, novel conversation pieces & a perfect addition for those who are animal lovers & collector.
