    This is a CDV photo of a man with a full, long beard identified on the back as, “Prof. Hinman.” The photo was taken by Ranger in Syracuse, NY, ca. 1880. His studio was in the Wieting Opera House in Syracuse. An illustration of the building is on the back of the mount. Good condition; no significant mars. Image has good contrast and clarity.
